Buying4 minUnit price is the wrong number
The cheapest box is regularly not the cheapest delivery. Why supply buying rewards whoever compares the total (price + shipping), and why almost nobody does.

For vendors
How it works
Apply to join and a person reviews your practice.
Open a product and see every vendor's offer side by side.
Add the best offer from each vendor to one cart.
Pay once, and each vendor sends its own shipment.
Why Oasis
Healthcare providers shouldn’t need to be procurement experts just to protect their margins. So we built something simpler.
Every approved vendor on one page, instead of five tabs and five logins.
Unit price, shipping and delivery window read together, not one at a time.
Buying weight put behind independent practices rather than only the large groups.
Fill a single basket across vendors and pay once; the order splits behind the scenes.
Nothing to subscribe to. Oasis earns its commission from the vendor, not from you.
What Oasis is
We bring vendors and providers together, creating meaningful connections that help vendors become more visible, more connected, and more successful, while helping providers become more informed, more efficient, and better equipped to succeed.
Oasis does not own stock and is not the seller of record. Products are sold and shipped by independent approved vendors; Oasis groups their offers onto one product page, takes the payment, and stays responsible for the order end to end.
Practices and vendors both apply, and a person reads every application before an account opens. That review is what lets negotiated pricing be shown at all — it opens once your practice is verified, not before.
No subscription, no per-order fee and no membership tier. Oasis earns a commission from the vendor on what they sell, which is why offers can be ranked by what an order costs you rather than by who pays for placement.
The vendors
Every one reviewed by a person before they could list a single item.
What approval opens
Oasis isn’t just where the orders are placed — it’s where their story lives. Practices gain full visibility into every dollar spent and vendors see exactly which products move and how quickly. The same consolidation that simplifies purchasing is what makes the numbers finally matter.

For providers
Supplies are one of the few costs a practice can actually move. That only works if somebody can see the whole of it in one place.

A budgeting toolComing
A budgeting tool that gives providers better visibility into where their money is going and helps them make more informed purchasing decisions.
Your vendors, in one place
Easier purchasing and access to the vendors they already work with, all from one centralized platform.
Purchasing trendsComing
Better visibility into purchasing trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
One login, one cart, one checkout and one place to look when something is late. The hours spent reconciling separate vendor portals stop being part of the week.
Consolidated purchasing is what gives an independent practice the weight of a large group on the same line, because the whole order is visible to everyone bidding for it.
Every practice that consolidates makes a line worth competing for, and every vendor that competes makes the next order cheaper. Neither side gets there alone.
Contact
Partnerships, press, billing questions, or something none of the above covers. A person reads it.
Questions
The six things practices ask most often. If yours is not here, the team answers directly — no sales call in between.
Vendor pricing on Oasis is commercially negotiated, so it is shown to verified practices rather than published openly. Apply to join, and once a person has reviewed it every offer is visible with no further steps.
By total — unit price plus shipping — not by unit price alone, because the cheapest unit price is regularly not the cheapest delivery. You can re-rank by unit price or by delivery speed, and whichever offer leads on the axis you chose is flagged.
You fill one cart and pay once. The order then splits by vendor: each vendor sends its own shipment on its own timeline, and every shipment tracks under the single order reference Oasis gave you.
Oasis does. Refunds are issued against the original transaction, in full or in part, and are recorded as their own entries rather than as edits to what you were charged — so your history always shows what actually happened.
No. Card details are tokenized by the payment processor and never stored on Oasis, and the whole marketplace runs over TLS. Oasis is the transaction owner throughout; you are never redirected to a vendor to pay.
By application. A vendor submits their business details and license documentation, a person reviews it, and only then can they list. That review is what the word 'approved' means everywhere else on this site.
